Delivery time:
Colors makes every effort to deliver the order as soon as possible. To give you as realistic a picture as possible about the expected delivery time of an order, the delivery time per product is indicated with the article. Although Colors makes every effort to display stock and delivery times in real-time and as accurately as possible, they are subject to constant change. Therefore, delivery time and stock indications are always indicative. No rights can be derived from this.
An exact delivery time can never be stated for products that are not in stock. For products that are not in stock, an indicative expected delivery time is always stated. The actual delivery time may therefore deviate from this, whereby a maximum delivery period of 30 days must be observed.
Colors customer service will always inform you of deviations from the communicated delivery times.

Home delivery with PostNL Parcel Service
Colors has a strategic partnership with PostNL Parcel Service for sending orders. If your order is sent with PostNL Parcel Service, the shipment of the order will be handled as follows:
The moment your order is ready for delivery, it will be shipped with 24-hour delivery. The day after shipment, the order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified in the Netherlands. A time of delivery cannot be announced.
On the day of shipment you will receive a shipping notification from Colors with track & trace information, which you can use to trace the order online.
